Wagner Society & Mastersingers Young Artists News:

Following on from his success in Die Meistersinger in Graz, James Rutherford has been engaged to sing Hans Sachs at this year's Bayreuth Festival.

After her debut Isolde for Dijon last year, Elaine McKrill has been engaged to sing Isolde in Genoa in April.

Alwyn Mellor, about to sing Brünnhilde at Longborough in July, has also been engaged to sing the role in the Seattle Ring in 2012.

Lee Bisset will be singing Sieglinde and Andrew Rees Siegmund at Longborough in July.

The first of our Goodall Academy Summer Schools for the advanced training of Dramatic Voices,
will be held in August 2010 at The Rodd, Presteigne.
